The contract is subject to the following conditions:
- Right of withdrawal without penalty – The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract up to 10 days before the expected arrival date, without paying any penalty. The withdrawal must be communicated to the accommodation within this period by phone at the number and/or by e-mail at info@roomsdonalfonso.it.
- Cancellation with a penalty of 50% – In the case of withdrawal of the customer from the contract after the deadline referred to in point 1 and up to 2 days before the expected arrival date, the accommodation facility is entitled to retain as a penalty 50% of the total cost of the confirmed services.
- Customer default – In the event of customer withdrawal from the contract after the deadline referred to in point 2 or in the event of no-show on the agreed date, the accommodation facility is entitled to withhold as a penalty 100% of the total cost of the confirmed services, subject to the greatest damage. In case of early departure the accommodation is entitled to payment of the agreed amount for the entire stay.
- Non-fulfilment of the accommodation – In the event of inability to provide the confirmed services, the accommodation shall compensate the damage caused to the customer who does not agree to be relocated to a neighboring accommodation of the same category. In case of relocation the costs for the transfer to another structure and any difference in price of the same are borne by the accommodation that is not able to provide the confirmed services.
- Time of arrival and departure – The room is made available to the customer from 14:00 on the day of arrival, must be vacated by the customer no later than 10:30 on the day of departure.
