The Suite is located on the third floor (without elevator), you access the building through an automated code, on the left you will find the apartment cards with their respective access keys. Going up the left staircase, you access the floor.

a stunning extra-large shower, a sauna, and a soothing double whirlpool bath just for you.
An intimate space to slow down your thoughts and be embraced by warmth and steam, in complete silence and privacy. A selection of fine teas and herbal infusions is also at your disposal.

Rooms Don Alfonso will be pleased to welcome you to Parma in a comfortable environment to ensure a pleasant and relaxing stay. Our suite has a size of 80 square meters and is rich in amenities and services designed to recreate a welcoming and comfortable space.

All our apartments, including the Suite, are located at Via Emilia n.1 in Parma, an excellent area equipped with all services.
The location of Rooms Don Alfonso is excellently served by the city’s public transport.

Located in the center of Parma, a few steps from the Gallery, it is a 5-minute walk from the historic center and its attractions (Cathedral, Baptistery, Teatro Regio).

The accommodations are equipped with free WiFi, air conditioning, mini bar, flat-screen TV, hairdryer, coffee machine and private bathroom. The building does not have an elevator.

The property also has a loading and unloading parking space in front of the entrance, the area is not a Limited Traffic Zone.
The building also makes available a restaurant attached to the property. Opposite the property, there is a covered parking lot at a cost of €10/day, by requesting a card from us.
